Booking an artist from Stretch & Company for your party, festival, or any other type of event is easy. On this page you will find answers to most of your questions, so please take a moment to look it over, then either submit a booking form, email, or call us to get your event booked and on our calendar. Remember, the more booking information about your event you give us, the easier is will be to get your event booked and on our calendar.
Are we available?
The first thing to do is to check our calendar and make sure we are available for your event date and time by checking the date on our online calendar. Click on the Calendar button below and our online calendar will open in a new window so you can see if we are available for your event date and time.
We have a 1 (one) hour minimum booking per artist for events less than 49 miles from our location. You may book in half hour increments after the first hour.

If your event is more than 25 or more miles from us there will be a travel charge of $1.00 per mile, one-way, added to the total due.
The minimum booking time will increase as the travel distance increases as listed below.
For events 50 – 99 miles away the minimum booking time is 2 hours.
For events 100 – 149 miles away the minimum booking time is 3 hours.
For events 150 – 249 miles away the minimum booking time is 4 hours.
If your event ismore than 250 miles away you will be charged the daily rate per artist, which includes up to 4 hours of entertainment. If overnight stays are required there will be an additional charge of $150.00 per night.
Family, Pet, and Location Photography
Stretch will discuss the details of the session such as location, expectations, and other pertinent information necessary to ensure that the shoot is successful. He will then meet you at your house, a local park, or any other venue for your portrait session. Please be aware that some venues require a license and/or a fee for commercial photography on their grounds. We will verify if these are required, and the fees will be added to your total. For travel fees, please refer to the entertainer travel fee section above.

Please make alternate plans to cover the possibility of inclement weather. Once we book your event we will turn down other requests for that date and time slot. If your event is cancelled due for any reason all booking fees paid will be forfeited and retained as a cancellation fee. If your event is cancelled within 3 (three) days or less of the event date, or you fail to notify us of cancellation and we show up at your event, the full balance (minus any booking fees already paid) will be due immediately.
When you are ready to book Stretch & Company for your party, festival, or other type of event there are several ways you can do this. The easiest option is to submit a booking formwith questions that help provide the necessary booking information.Please fill it out as completely as possible, then hit submit. You can also call or email to book us for your event.
After we hear from you and get all of the required booking information, we will send you a booking agreement to confirm the details and costs. If your event is for a church, school, or other organization we can also send you an invoice and a W-9 if needed. We require 20 percent up front as a booking fee to hold the date. Private parties will be sent an invoice through PayPal so they can pay it online with a credit card. Companies and other organizations will be given the option of paying the booking fee through PayPal online or over the phone, or they may mail a company check which must be received prior to the the event start time.
The balance is due at the event, unless prior arrangements have been made, and may be paid in cash, by credit card, or with a company check. If you want to pay the balance via PayPal, please let me know in advance and I will send you a PayPal invoice that will be due prior to our arrival at your event. We do not accept personal checks.
