Below you’ll find information about entertainer rates and booking balloon artists and face painters from Stretch and Company.
If you are just looking for the least expensive entertainers, they’re not here. However, if you are looking for top quality, professional entertainment that will wow your family, friends and guests; then you’ve come to the right place. Like many things in life, you get what you pay for, and cheaper is not always better. We take pride in our work, handle all events professionally and treat all of our clients like they are the most important people in the world to us. When you book entertainers from Stretch & Company, you can know that your guests will be more than satisfied with the quality of work that our entertainers provide, and you’ll be treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Our entertainers are specialists. When you book a face painter for an hour you’ll get a full hour of awesome face painting. Likewise, when you book a balloon artist you’ll get a full hour of fantastic balloon art. If you want balloons and face painting you’ll need to book 1 or more of each type of artist.
A balloon artist can create up to 25 sculptures per hour if they are simple, A face painter can paint up to 20 designs per hour if they’re simple. Fancier designs, or less cooperative kids will reduce these numbers accordingly. We prefer to limit birthday parties to an hour for every 15 kids so we can make nicer sculptures to make your child’s party even more special and memorable.
For Private events there is a ONE hour minimum per artist for events less than 49 miles away from us; one way.
If the event is more than 50 miles from us one way, the minimum hourly booking will depend on the distance.
For Corporate events there is a TWO hour minimum per artist for events less than 49 miles away from us; one way.
If the event is more than 50 miles from us one way, the minimum hourly booking will depend on the distance.

Texas Heat
$25.00 Outdoor Fee
Texas Summers are hot and long. Working in the heat is not only uncomfortable for our entertainers, it is also hard on our supplies. Excessive heat and exposure to sunlight causes balloons to pop more and makes paints melt and become more difficult to work with. Outdoor events that are booked from June 1st through September 30th will have an Outdoor Fee of $25.00 per entertainer per hour added to them. If your event is an outdoor event please make sure that our entertainers have adequate shade to help minimize the detrimental effects of direct sunlight and heat on them and their balloons or face paint.
Travel Fees
If your event is 25 or more miles from us there will be a mileage fee added for each artist to compensate for the extra time and gas that will be invested in getting to and from your event.

Daily Rates The daily fee covers up to 5 (five) hours of entertainment. Additional hours of entertainment may be purchased for $100.00 per hour. Booking Agreements and Booking Fees
When you call to schedule your event, we will pencil your event in on our calendar and send you a Booking Agreement. Cancelation Policy
If you event is an outdoor event please make alternate plans for inclement weather. Charity Work
If you are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization such as a foundation, please understand that we cannot donate our services to everyone who makes a request. We can donate an hour of our time for every hour that you book at full rate for weekday events. Weekend events will be taken on a case-by-case basis to determine if we can offer any discounts.

Any events requiring travel of 90 or more miles one-way will be booked at a daily rate because it will most likely prevent us from accepting any other gigs on that day. Expenses are travel costs if airline flight is required and hotel accommodations if an overnight stay is required. If the event is an early morning event that requires travel to be on the previous day, hotel accommodations for the night before will be required. Likewise, if the event ends late in the evening, hotel accommodations for that night will be required.

Discounted rates may be available for events spanning multiple days.
Please call or email to discuss the details and expenses of events requiring a daily rate.
A 50% (Fifty Percent) Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be required to secure your date and time slot.
This fee is due upon booking and will be deducted from the total due at the event.
The Balance is due when the performer arrives at the event. The balance can be paid in cash or with a credit card at the event.
Please look over the agreement to confirm that we have all of the details correct and then sign and return it.
The Booking Fee may be paid by Cashier's Check, USA Postal Money Order or
Online with a credit card through PayPal.com from the Paypal invoice we send you.
The Booking Agreement and Booking Fee must be received within 3 (three) business days or your event may be pre-empted by another event.
The date is not set until we receive your signed Booking Agreement and Booking Fee.
A $35.00 fee will be added to any check returned for insufficient funds or any other reason.

Short Notice Events
If your event is less than 7 (seven) days away, we require full payment by credit card.
Credit Card Payments are only accepted through Paypal and a 5% fee is added to total.
If your event is cancelled the booking fee will not be returned and will be kept as a cancellation fee.
If your event is cancelled and we are not notified and show up at your event on the scheduled time
the full balance owed (minus any booking fees already paid) will be due immediately.
This also applies for events cancelled 3 (three) days or less before the scheduled date of the event.
Rescheduling Events
If you have to reschedule your event there is a 50% (Fifty Percent) rescheduling fee. This is to compensate for the fact that we have possibly turned downed event requests for your original time slot and will now have to reschedule our entertainers, if possible, to cover the new date. We understand that life happens and will do our best to make sure your event is covered in the event that you have to reschedule, but we cannot guarantee availability in these cases.


If you would like to have us at your event, but can’t afford to pay, you may want to consider getting a sponsor to pay for our services. We will gladly wear shirts advertising the sponsor and allow them to post signs advertising their sponsorship. They can also post volunteers where we are working to hand out brochures, business cards, or other information about their services. The sponsor gets tax deductible advertising, you get entertainers and we get to work, it’s a win-win situation for everyone.
